Is there anywhere else you can watch Avatar: The Last Airbender online for free?

If you’re somebody scouring the internet to find the answer, you’re probably not the only one. This popular series first aired in 2005 on Nickelodeon – and despite being classified as a ‘kids show’, the carefully developed plot has since told a captivating story to viewers of all sorts of ages!

Have no idea what show we’re talking about? Here’s a brief synopsis:

“The world is divided into four nations — the Water Tribe, the Earth Kingdom, the Fire Nation and and the Air Nomads — each represented by a natural element for which the nation is named. Benders have the ability to control and manipulate the element from their nation. Only the Avatar is the master of all four elements. The ruthless Fire Nation wants to conquer the world but the only bender who has enough power, the Avatar, has disappeared … until now. His tribe soon discovers that Aang is the long-lost Avatar. Now Katara and Sokka must safeguard Aang on his journey to master all four elements and save the world  from the Fire Nation.”

If you’re longing for some dynamic entertainment, look no further. Because we’ll be going over our top, most viable methods of viewing this renown TV show – ranging from legally permissible techniques to less secure, yet arguably more convenient processes. As always, we recommend Amazon Prime above all else as it is completely free and legal!

We’ve already mentioned this option but we thought we would mention it again – home to more than 100 million subscribers, Amazon Prime Video is an extremely popular service that provides viewers with a variety of digital movies and TV shows, charging a monthly cost of $8.99. Luckily, you can sign up to watch all 3 seasons of Avatar: The Last Airbender (or any other Nickelodeon series your heart desires), using the handy ‘Nick Hits’ feature.

This provides you with a Free 7 Day Trial, which should be more than enough for you binge watchers out there. Just make sure to cancel it before a week is up – otherwise this option won’t classify as being ‘free’ anymore…

Fun fact: In 2016, Avatar: The Last Airbender was actually the most popular show on the Amazon Prime streaming service. Crazy stuff!

What better streaming option could there be than Nickelodeon itself? On, you are blessed with all or of most of (for some countries) the episodes of this amazing show.

You also get access to behind-the-scenes content and footage. And as an extra bonus, Nickelodeon provides ‘dubbed audio’ based on your region’s language! [E.G. The Netherlands Dutch, Spain Spanish, China Chinese].

Some people have reported issues with not having access to the episodes; this can be fixed by authorizing with your cable provider (not all are supported, though). Despite this method, some still encounter the issue of episodes or services remaining unavailable.

Vimeo is a online, video sharing platform that was established by a group of filmmakers in 2004. Since the launch, the community has thrived and now consists of 80+ million users. Some of these creators, have uploaded some footage from Avatar: The Last Airbender (and more shows!) for free viewing purposes. Unfortunately, it’s highly likely that you will only be able to find some odd episodes of the series. The benefit is that – registering and creating an account on Vimeo is completely free, as well as easy to do… You could even become a creator and post some funny dog videos!

To summarize , don’t expect to have access to all episodes due to copyright reasons, unless you’re prepared to do a thorough browse of Vimeo’s database for every single episode.

Similarly to Amazon Prime Video, Netflix offers a free trial – one that lasts up to an impressive 30 days! You can use this time to comfortably watch all seasons and episodes of Avatar: The Last Airbender.

The only limiting factor would be availability. Every region and country has a different selections of obtainable viewing content (due to regulations and copyright implications), so there is a slim chance that you won’t be able to view this show. Also, you may find it much harder to cancel the free trial vs Amazon Prime.

Hoopla is a reliable, legal website that you can easily access with both your phone and desktop. Get yourself a library card and use it to create an account, then you can legally watch the series free of charge!

Unfortunately, Hoopla limits the amounts the titles you can watch, to 8 per month – making this rather unappealing to binge watchers. There is also another downside, being that all programmes you add to your library will only stay there for three days.

Therefore, this isn’t the best site if you’re looking to diligently watch all 61 hours of Avatar: The Last Airbender in the time span of a month. However, if you’re looking for some risk-free, casual viewing, Hoopla is an awesome choice.

Atticus Omundson, graciously uploads live commentaries of Avatar: The Last Airbender. The good thing about these videos? They showcase the whole episode! Brought to life by his vivid personality, you can enjoy an interactive viewing experience when watching the episodes. This, however, is not ideal for people that just want to watch the show without narration. Also, the quality is not always the best.

You can also find ‘review and reaction videos’ about the show, and enjoy some ridiculously hilarious footage.

In conclusion, if you’re lonely and looking for someone to laugh with, cry with, and scream with – then watching Atticus’ videos is a fantastic, accessible option for you!

123Movies has recently, proving to be a favoured alternative of Netflix or Amazon for streaming movies and shows. This is however, arguably the most ‘unreliable’ source of our list. However, you should be cautious when using these streaming sites – since a lot of them are illegal, having the potential to inflict viruses and malware on your device.

These sort of websites, however, do have all 3 seasons of Avatar: The Last Airbender with various servers being provided. Still, despite being very accessible to the general public, 123Movies is less than ideal and should be used at your own risk.

Another major downside to 123Movies is the constant advertisement and pop-ups, which are known to sometimes be a little… ‘telling’. Thankfully, installing a nifty ad-blocker resolves this issue most of the time.

And that wraps up our list of methods to stream Avatar: The Last Airbender!

There are a multitude of ways to stream this show; each option has its own benefits and disadvantages which should be taken into account. Before we go, let us impart Iroh’s words

of wisdom on you:

“You have come to the crossroads of your destiny. It is time for you to choose. It

is time for you to choose good.”
